India happens to be the single country in the whole world that produces the highest number of Engineers each year.

Future of Engineering

The most important reason for this is that “Engineering” as a degree has proved itself to be providing jobs even during times of recession.

The Future of Engineering in India

So where is this course heading towards in the coming years? Where is it currently? Has it reached a saturation level, or is there room for more? Let us find out.

Onshore requirements

If we look at the H1B visas, India alone is the recipient of more than 50% of H1Bs issued by the US. The most prominent bidders are the software companies hubbed in India. This is because of the high number of Engineers that are required to work in the US. This is also true for the requirements in the other developed countries such as France, UK, Germany. More than 90% of the talent India sends abroad, are engineers.

While there has been a cap on the US and UK visas and countries are becoming more and more aware of generating local employment instead of bringing in employees from India, the outflow continues. And it is likely to continue as it is challenging to find the required skillsets within their own country at the same cost.

Employment providers

If we look at the most significant employers within India, we will find that Indian Railways, India Post, Indian Army, and SBI top the list. While these organizations require a considerable number of engineers as well, we find that the other names in the top ten employers in India are all software giants who hire only engineers (at least 92% engineers). These companies are – TCS, Wipro, Infosys, IBM. These software companies hire engineers from all disciplines and train them to learn necessary software coding, development, implementation, and maintenance.

Software outsourcing is the highest revenue generator for India and the Indian companies are out to seek all software-related work for onshore clients. They need an increasing talent pool to fulfil all their requirements. With the advancement of technology, India is also getting involved in newer technologies such as semiconductors, robotics, artificial intelligence. There are more research options in these technologies, and large multinationals are ready to invest in India to get the talent base from here. This creates a lot of jobs for engineers from different fields.

One must also not forget the more traditional organizations in the manufacturing, oil and gas, petrochemicals, energy industry that require engineers from mechanical, chemical, civil, and electrical fields. Such organizations are: SAIL, NTPC, GAIL, ONGC are PSUs. There are many private companies in these fields as well. Some of the big players are Larsen and Toubro, Reliance, Tata-s, Essar.

Engineering colleges and regulations

If this is true, then why wouldn’t there be a demand for engineering as a career option among students? As of date, there are more than 4600+ engineering colleges in India and the number is going up every day. With the growing number of colleges and increasing seats, the government educational boards and regulatory committees are also becoming stricter in their norms and regulations to ensure a fair process and corruption-free education.

The college fees, for example, need to be mentioned on the prospectus or the website of the college. Every college needs to be transparent about its admission process, affiliation, course, and faculty. Such steps are required and welcome to ensure quality and standard education systems in the country. And engineering is the most popular course among the students after higher secondary.

Parental pressure and engineering

Parents indeed play a significant role in India in the process of decision-making for their children’s careers. Since the 1990s, most parents dream of their children studying nothing but engineering. While in those days, it was indeed challenging to get a job in any other field other than engineering, it is not so now. Someone who pursues a career in finance or Hotel Management or law is equally likely to land a high-paying job. Therefore parents have begun to see alternate career options for their children, given the change in scenario.

On the other hand, the number of students “wanting” to pursue an Engineering degree has significantly gone up. Students are aware of the fact that “engineering” is a graduation degree and a decent paying job is a possibility immediately after graduation. While other courses require a post-graduation as well. There are many banks and financial institutions that are ready to loan money for education to pay engineering college fees. Therefore financing the course is not an issue anymore, nor is paying back the loaned amount after getting a job. Given this situation, more and more students are drawn towards an engineering degree.

New fields

While mechanical, civil, electrical, chemical engineering have become more old school and have taken a back seat in the popularity chart, fields such as computer science, electronics, and communication, aeronautical and biochemical engineering have come to the forefront. These are the disciplines where most jobs are generated now as more and more businesses invest in these fields. Companies like Biocon, GSK, Zydus, etc hire a significant number of Biotech engineers. The ISRO (Indian Space Research Org), ADE ( Aeronautical Development Establishment), NAL (National Aeronautics Laboratories), HAL (Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd) hire aeronautical engineers.

The more advanced specializations which are upcoming and have begun to percolate in the engineering curriculum are Artificial intelligence, Robotics, and Automation, Cybersecurity, Data Science, the Internet of Things, Nano Science, etc. These fields are up-and-coming for the future generation of Indian engineers and some engineering colleges have introduced these subjects in their courses.

Where is it headed?

Nobody has been able to predict the course of science and technology. It is unpredictable and marches on unprecedented territories. For this to happen, the world needs the best minds to study and put the knowledge of such technologies to use. This is the expectation of the gen-next engineers of India. So, no, the saturation level has not reached and is undoubtedly not likely to achieve in the coming years.

How do you stand out in your career with data science?

Data Science has become the buzzword in science and technology as much as Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Big Data.

The last decade has seen many new trends emerging in science and their immediate application to everything around us. This has led to IoT’s popularity (Internet of Things), Neural Networks, or Data Science.

When scientific concepts find application, it becomes a topic of interest among every segment associated directly with technology and indirectly.

data-science-scope

Scientists, researchers, analysts grab at the opportunity to probe more on the subject. While those associated indirectly, such as business owners, retailers look for ways to incorporate the new technology to increase efficiency.

Data Science is one such concept that has gained widespread popularity owing to its application and has resulted in huge demand in businesses.

This, in turn, has led to the growth of Data science-related jobs. Therefore more and more students, particularly engineering students, have been opting for a Data Science Course or specialization in Data Science.

The Scope of Data Science at BMU

At BMU, it is our deep-rooted value that we build a better future. This is why we attempt to provide our students with the opportunity to study technology’s latest subjects.

Our courses, too, are developed in collaboration with the prestigious Imperial College of London and industry experts.

We do offer a specialization in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence for those in Bachelors in Electronic and Computer Engineering because we believe our students should not be deprived of the chance to make it big in the world of Data Science or miss out on the chance to make the most of the growing demand in that field.

We have advanced labs for students to work on enormous data sets and be ready to work in the real world even before they step out of college.

Data Science – a business perspective

Data Science is the next big thing in technology, after Artificial Intelligence (unless you want to consider Data Science as a part of AI).

Organizations are ready to invest millions in Data Science. Gartner had estimated that, on average, there would be around 3.9 trillion US Dollars spending on Data Science in the year 2020. If this Data does not indicate how massively this field is growing, then nothing will.

To add to that figure, here’s what the co-founder of the world’s largest professional network and career portal, LinkedIn has to say: “Data Scientists are almost all already employed because their demand is high.” Mr. Allen Blue said that there is “enormous growth-15 times, 20 times growth”.

He highlighted that this growth is not happening only in the high-tech sectors or information technology industry. Manufacturing, Education, Marketing, Retail, Hospitality are some of the non-software industries where there is a massive increase in Data Science jobs.

Mr. Blue also suggested a concern which at this time is more muted and subtle. But with the years, the concern could become more serious.

He said that there is an increasing gap between the demand for Data Science professionals in the industries and Data Scientists’ availability in the job market.

Demand in the Data Science field

Here is a look at five aspects to study the growth of Data Science:

a) The biggest challenge organizations face these days is to recruit resources in Data Science. They want a good mix of freshers and those who have been in the industry itself for some time.

But it has only been in the latter half of the past decade that students have started taking up the course as a career choice. So there aren’t too many professionals in the industry who are fit to take up these roles.

This has created a huge vacuum and a great demand for Data Scientists. And the US Bureau of Labour Statistics has stated that this demand will go up by another 28%, at least by 2026.

b) According to Glassdoor, one of the world’s largest job recruiting sites, Data Science job postings were 1700 in 2016. This number grew to 4500 in 2018, and it grew to 6500 in 2020.

This figure is of Glassdoor alone. These statistics provide a view of how much the jobs in this field are growing and what rate.

c) With the growing pandemic, there was a fear about the demand for Data Science dropping in businesses.

With the steep dip in revenues and scattered business solutions, and economies slumping a bit, companies that had initially wanted to invest in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence projects took a back foot.

They went into a survival and sustenance mode by spending only on the bare minimum. However, the situation has changed tremendously in the past few months, and the businesses are back to building efficiency. So Data Science and AI jobs have begun to rise once again.

d) With every passing day, newer tools are emerging to analyze data. Tools such as Fivetran, AutoML are lowering the entry barrier for Data Scientists.

With the considerable amount of time being spent on data collection, cleansing, modeling, interpretation, newer and better tools certainly have a big impact on how the technology is beginning to take shape.

These advanced tools allow more and more data scientists to enter the field and do a lot more work, and thus the technology is slated to flourish.

e) Steeper competitions among businesses and better technologies are causing companies to invest more in data analysis and AI.

While Data Science can study more data available to us, AI can build predictive models, which thereby increases the productivity and efficacy of a business.

Companies want to know what the revenues would look like with incredible accuracy when launching a product A.

They want to know why product B failed in the market. Was it that the timing was incorrect, did the competition plan a better launch, was the pricing a problem? It is Data that helps them make these decisions and analyze the failure. That’s the reason why the demand for Data Science can never go down.

What are companies looking for?

Companies have only one expectation from the Data Scientists – the Data Science professionals will study and analyze available data to throw business insights that will ultimately revolutionize the way they do business.

It will give the business an edge over its competitors and will make its operations efficient and profitable.

For this reason, they are ready to invest in a Data Science group that is internal to their business or pay Data Science Consultants to do this work for them. Either way, it is pushing the need for good Data Scientists.

If we break down this “expectation” into smaller, more actionable goals or objectives, this is what they would look like:

1. Good with numbers: A penchant for numbers is the foremost thing for someone who wants to build a Data Science career.

Numbers are to a Data Scientist what people are to a Human Resource professional. So unless a person has a natural inclination towards playing with numbers, Data Science may not seem to be the right choice for them.

2. Analytical abilities: Computation and analyzing are certain basic aspects of a Data Scientist’s role. As soon as the Data is gathered, the analysis starts.

To a certain level, the analysis starts even before the Data is gathered to decide which data can be helpful and which not. Once Data is collected, the cleansing, structuring, modeling involves analysis.

3. Domain knowledge: Businesses want to hire people who have already worked in the same industry.

For example, a Data Scientist who has worked in BFS (Banking and Financial Services) will have more insights into the industry and its trends than someone who has worked in Data Science in the retail field.

However, this is not applicable for someone who is a fresher and is just joining the industry. But later, when a professional gains maturity in a particular industry, it is extremely valuable.

4. Technological expertise: Expert programming skills in R and Python, knowledge of Hadoop and other programming languages.

5. A knack for problem-solving: An authentic ability to look at a problem and discover possible solutions to tackle the problem. To do that, they must first identify the problem and then work out a solution by going into the root cause.

6. Creative with a passion for designing: The professionals are expected to have a panache for designing models. They should be creative and think out of the box to develop newer models, each time with the view to look at it from a fresh perspective.

7. Curious: Essentially, people who are interested in learning more. They don’t hesitate to go beyond their chalked out responsibilities in the job description to explore eagerly.

What Data Science Course teaches you?

1. Programming Skills: R and Python are considered to be the top programming languages for Data Science. A data science course may choose to focus on one over the other. Both have an extensive set of mathematical and statistical analysis support packages to master. Besides, the courses may also teach database access/manipulation query languages like SQL.

2. Probability & Statistics: A good data science course would also give you a strong background in probability & statistics, including topics like probability distributions, statistical tests, maximum likelihood estimators, etc.

Data-driven companies like Netflix, Facebook, Google, and others depend on designing experiments, analyzing and predicting consumer behavior through statistical inference and prediction.

3. Machine Learning: Any data-science course would be incomplete without an introduction to the standard machine learning algorithms. This can mean things like k-nearest neighbors, random forests, ensemble methods, linear regression, PCA, clustering algorithms, and more.

4. Linear Algebra: Linear algebra is taught in a Data Science course along with multivariable calculus.

When Data Scientists work in organizations, they can contribute greatly to predictive performance or optimize algorithms. These are things that mean huge success for the business. These are also questions which a future may ask in an interview.

5. Wrangling with data: A course in Data Science can be a fantastic opportunity to get a hand at working with data. When we talk about Data Science, we mean enormous amounts of data that can be structured or unstructured, clean or messy.

A Data Scientist professional should have been exposed to an environment where they have worked with data sets and dealt with data imperfections. It should not come as a shock. A good course provides the option to work with real data sets.

6. Data Intuition: Knowing how to program a language or build algorithms and expertise in handling data is not enough for a Data Scientist. He or she must have a sense of foresight in what method should be applied to solve a problem.

A person can be a great problem solver, but they may not solve it if they don’t know how to approach a problem.

When recruiters arrive at campus, they are interested in knowing if the student is great at solving problems and if they can make the right choice about the approach and decide what is important and what is not.

It is important for a Data Scientist, and so he can choose the right method without getting overwhelmed. A course in Data Science provides the opportunity to hone this attribute.

Standing out

A course in Data Science or specialization in Data Science during engineering is not just a decorated certificate.

It makes a student stand out from the others. In the current situation, organizations have not yet made it mandatory that only those with a Data Science course can apply for a Data Science job.

The courses are a recent phenomenon, and only a handful of good colleges offer a valuable course in the subject.

However, a recruiter who is hiring for a Data Science job will be weighing a Data Science student’s profile higher than those without.

Simply because the expectations they have from someone who can perform the job well match those who have completed a course in the subject.

The Data Science course in BMU tries to keep up to the industry expectations by providing the latest computing facilities and high-tech.

We strongly believe that this is the right time for students to make the most of the growing demand, and we are helping in every way possible to lead the way for our students who wish to tread that path.

Artificial Intelligence is the buzzword for the technological revolution happening around the world in science, industry, and education.

Creating machines that can “learn,” respond, and act according to the desired outcome is what everyone is endeavouring for.

Given this focus, organisations are investing more and more in replacing older systems with newer ones powered through AI.

Resolving employee queries using chatbots, the first level of job application screening through AI-powered systems, risk evaluation, learning, and development – there are many such areas where larger companies have invested in AI and are reaping benefits. Smaller organisations and start-ups, too, are not far behind.

With the growing need for Artificial Intelligence, there is a huge demand for AI professionals and Machine Learning Experts getting built up.

Engineering students, too, are showing interest in taking up this subject to enter the industry and grab up the opportunities.

While Artificial Intelligence is the result of a series of technologies involved in creating a “smart” process, Machine Learning, Neural Networks, data science are some of the building blocks which need to be learned to build a career in AI. These are the “skills” learned with an Artificial Intelligence course.

The BMU Perspective

BML Munjal University was created to bring about a change in the way education is delivered to students. At BMU, we give a lot of focus to the course curriculum.

It is designed and customised from a regular one with the help of industry experts. We have collaborated with the Imperial College of London, which makes our courses with a truly global mindset.

artificial-intelligence-skills

Our Bachelor in Electronics and Communications Engineering course is no exception in this regard. We have several subjects involving the latest technology incorporated in the course – Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning is one of them.

To truly excel in any field, we believe that students must transition from academia to the corporate world. We make it possible through our multiple industry interfaces and relevant courses so that our students can settle smoothly in the corporate.

For a career in AI, it is also important for students to learn to program in Python, Java. We ensure that students learn programming before leaving college.

Talking about skills, we should also note that a successful career in Artificial Intelligence is not guaranteed with learning the “subjects” mentioned above.

There must be some behavioural or attitudinal competencies inherent in an individual or acquired through practice, making someone a strong candidate in a career stream.

Like, theoretical knowledge of medicines and human anatomy does not make someone a good doctor; he or she needs some other skills such as being resilient, persistent, eye for detail, and strong sensory abilities.

Likewise, a career in Artificial Intelligence requires some skills that can be learned or acquired along with the course.

For ease, we have divided the skills into 3 clusters based on the KSA format of competencies: Subjects (Knowledge), Languages and Tools (Skills), and Behavioural (Attributes). Let us have a look at some of these:

A. Subjects

1) Machine Learning

If it is represented as a Venn diagram, Machine Learning is a subset of AI. Artificial Intelligence empowers a machine to “behave” intelligently.

Machine Learning is the process of “teaching” the machine to exhibit such intelligence. Machine learning builds a model on data, which helps a machine make intelligent predictions without using a coded algorithm.

There is no learning AI without skilling up on ML. Machine learning uses 3 approaches to “teach” a machine: supervised, unsupervised, and reinforced learning. Netflix suggestions (based on matches), email filtering, are some of the many applications of ML in daily lives.

2) Deep Learning

360-degree camera view by stitching together images from cameras located on four sides of a vehicle is a common example of Deep Learning. Deep learning is a subset of Machine Learning and is a method in which the AI system “learns.”

It uses multiple layers to pick out deeper features from an image or a sound. Higher the layers, finer the details, while the lower layers extract only the outline from an image.

Image recognition, speech, or audio recognition are some areas where Deep Learning is used. It has a wide range of applications and is a skill that is learned in an AI course.

3) Data Science

After theoretical, empirical, and computational, Data Science is the fourth paradigm of science. It combines mathematics, statistics, and algorithms to “read” insights and gain knowledge from structured and unstructured data.

Data science is an important aspect of Artificial Intelligence and some other fields that depend primarily on the analysis of data. It is an essential skill that comes along with a course on AI.

TensorFlow, PyTorch, Apache Hadoop, and Jupyter notebook are some of the platforms used in Data Science for data processing.

4) Neural Networks

The neural networks or artificial neural networks(ANNs) are built to replicates the biological neural networks in the human brain. Just like the neurons in the brain, the ANNs also have nodes that are interconnected in the network to transmit inputs from one to the next in the form of “signals.”

Applications of ANNs include 3D reconstruction, handwritten note recognition, spam filtering, games, to name a few. This is a wide subject in itself. However, an AI course also provides a scope for an elementary understanding of the subject.

B. Language & Tools

5) Languages:

No matter which part of the world, Python is considered the most used language for programming AI systems. To become an AI expert, knowledge of programming using Python and a few other languages is important. Java, PROLOG, R, LISP, C++ are a few of the other languages used in Artificial Intelligence.

It is possible to learn programming in these languages through several easily available online resources. Most of them are hosted by open-source software and can be made available to anyone. Python is widely used because of its extensive library and ease of use or simplicity. Python is learned by even people from non-technology backgrounds.

Most AI systems are built on Python, and it will certainly give you an edge over others if you have mastered the language. Python is a language skill that needs to be developed to get into an AI career, from creating algorithms to encoding.

6) Knowledge of advanced signal processing techniques

A part of this is covered in Machine Learning itself. However, signal processing being an important aspect of Artificial Intelligence, it is imperative to learn some of the techniques.

Physical waveforms such as sound when transduced into electrical signals using electronic processors. The same applies to images when converted into pixels to transform meaning electronic information.

Projects in this field solving algorithms in signal processing can help become an AI expert.

7) Unix tools

Most AI inventions and work are currently focused on hardware and software changes to make life easier in banking, online search, user interface, healthcare, and customer care.

And nearly all of this work of data processing happens in the Linux ecosystem. Therefore, it is difficult to work on different functions of AI without being accustomed to Linux-based systems and UNIX tools such as cut, sort, ark, tr, grep, etc.

C. Behavioural

8) Problem-solving

Artificial Intelligence with problem-solving is not even possible. AI itself is a constant effort at solving problems that can make life easier for mankind.

The AI Effect is all about that. Larry Tesler’s Theorem states, “AI is whatever hasn’t been done yet.” Once it is done, or a problem is solved, then it is no longer “intelligence”; it is just a repetition of codes/

Given the above, problem-solving and analysis become a huge part of AI. Whether AI in banks or AI in warfare, AI in the medical world, or AI in Data Science, analysis of the problem is a must.

What do AI professionals do? At the end of the day, AI professionals are tirelessly working to solve one of the many problems faced by man and innovate a technology that can make our lives easier.

To make a machine follow a predetermined set of rules is not the task of an AI specialist. Creating a new set of rules each time to solve a new set of problems is what AI experts do.

Microsoft CEO said, “The future we will create is a choice we make. Not just something that happens.” And it is this creation of the future where Artificial Intelligence experts contribute greatly through their problem-solving skills.

9) Communication and collaboration

Unline in the movies, which show a miraculously talented scientist, was working on codes or test tubes and jumping up from his seat saying, “Eureka,” researchers or scientists or engineers do not work like that in real life.

In most cases, they work in the Research and Development department of an organization with ten other team members. These ten people are responsible for the initiation, development, completion, delivery, testing, and presentation of the technology they work with.

In this environment, the team constantly debates, discusses, brainstorms, and communicates their thoughts and ideas through calls, meetings, presentations, reviews, and discussions.

This is why it is important to understand that there is no respite from a very important skill required of almost all jobs – Communication and collaboration.

To get the project running for an organisation, AI experts will probably need 15 other team members, the best minds hired from the industry.

Like the team huddle, there will be scrum meetings, review meetings to discuss progress,  challenges, and daily tasks. The communication and collaboration skill is key to succeed in this environment.

This is a skill anybody, especially students of any field, must develop to succeed in their careers even if it requires them to work with machines.

10) Computing efficiency

How do you make a machine “learn”? Machines do not have natural intelligence and cognitive abilities to learn through a social environment. They are “taught” through data.

An enormous amount of data is fed into them so they can relate to patterns and can identify and therefore “learn.” To give the simplest example of AI.

To make a machine “identify” an image as “Cat,” it must be fed with endless images of “cats” of different kinds, from different angles and told that “these are cats.” The machine “remembers,” and when shown a cat, the machine calls it a “cat.”

Having said that, it is important to note that an AI engineer will work with data. Enormous amounts of data on which they will apply mathematics, programming, and algorithms.

The data can be so huge that it may have to be distributed across a system of machines or clusters, and that is known as “Distributed computing.”

It is not just enough for an AI aspirant to know about computing; they must also be comfortable distributing computing.

AI aspirants should have a knack for computing data, statistics, applied mathematics, and working with probability. This skill is indispensable and a must for all AI engineers.

Speaking about skills – knowledge or attributive, an Artificial Intelligence professional should also be innately creative and curious.

These skills are inherent in a person. They are either there or not. Ask yourself, Am I curious to learn more even after I have failed a million times?

Do I have the patience to work and fail, work, and fail to come up with a resolution? Am I someone who understands consumer needs?

Artificial Intelligence is about innovating to design solutions for newer needs. Therefore an AI expert constantly strives to understand those needs – social needs and logistical needs of the end-user.

It is only through understanding these needs that new inventions will come and new problem statements which will then be needed to solve.

This self-evaluation, along with a deep sense of interest in the subject, will catapult you towards a career that is not only interesting but also highly in demand. A mastery of the skill sets mentioned above will ensure that you are successful in that career.

On 16th May, more than two hundred hearts sat in silence laced with eager excitement and tension as the emcees stepped in, welcoming, introducing and going through the inaugural norms.

Section A1 was busy backstage, prepping to break this silence of anticipation with the act that would bring along patriotism in the form of covert operations. Urging the minds present in the auditorium to think about those unknown people who had done great deeds for the nation. Then came Section C1 who started off on a rather comic note, courtesy of Bhavik Popli, but the act was seen to take a serious turn later as it raised the sensitive issue of female foeticide, a practicee still prevalent in different regions of our diverse country.

Next up was Section D1 and boy did they have us on our toes: the audience was gripped wondering how the world would shape next for the wife to whom it was revealed that her husband was homosexual. The performance by Ameya Karanjkar and Kaza Vijaya Sarmisthawas brilliant. But the directors of the play — at least to me — were cruel; to have left us wondering how exactly the murder proceeded. Section D2 brought along a different concept, a different angle to how Yamraj or ‘Yum’ as they would refer to it, would manage his duties with his amanuensis, Chitraguptji. Sniffles could be heard from random locations in the auditorium. What’s to blame for such a deed? Ankush Agrawat’s portrayal of the old man whose son wished him to die was a brilliant display of the evils resident within our country as well as those few who attempted to do their own bit.

For those who didn’t think this was diverse enough already, Section B1 proved them wrong. They had us rolling on our seats throughout the play. It was plain simple, entertainment. There was the element of another ‘moral slogan’ on how superstition still existed in our societies that we deemed so advanced. Yet all of it was shadowed by the mismatch between the leads – Harshil and Nishitha. If all of that were not enough, Nishi Shree made sure that there sat no one with a straight face. And the chaotic events that led to Harshil being left unmarried rendered us breathless. We just couldn’t stop laughing enough to breathe. Section B2, however, took a rather different approach adopting features from a science fiction movie like Time Travel. The protagonist, Sohail would dedicate a decade of his life, trying to avenge his father’s death only to realise that he would be doing something very wrong if he saved him. The father was supplying warheads to terrorists who would let loose terror upon countries and the protagonist, despite having travelled back in time, had to shoot his own father to save thousands of lives.
A quite common scenario that often took place in middle-class families when a child decided to pursue his study abroad was put on display by Section A2.Further, Devidas single-handedly lifting Gagan’s lithe frame was enough to have the crowd go berserk with cheers.. At the last, it was Section C2 who let us peek into an accused murderer’s life. Despite being innocent, he was sentenced to death. How our judicial system would not look further into any sort of evidence if enough of it was found to imply someone as guilty was explained beautifully.
And then all came to an end and full 5 hours of entertainment was replaced with a similar anticipation that we experienced right at the beginning. It was time to declare results. Section B1 came out on top, followed by A1 and then A2.
