Our Career Guidance & Development Centre (CGDC) extensively engages with the industry to help students find a rewarding career path, leading to higher job satisfaction rates and rapid career progression. The team also liaisons with students to counsel them, evaluate their career choices, and prepare them for interviews and recruitment tests.
Frequent campus visits by industry experts and industrial visits to top organizations help students understand how their careers pan out in real life while helping them evaluate their needs to continue their educational pursuits or find the perfect skill-market fit. This focused approach has led to consistent growth in our placement percentage and CTCs offered by some of the biggest names in the industry.
With our MBA course witnessing a consistent rise in CTCs and placement percentages in its highly successful seventh year with the recently graduated batch of 2023, the batch of 2023 has seen a significant increase in the average and highest packages offered to their batch compared to those from 2022 or earlier.
