People Development Programmes (PDPs)
The world is changing faster than ever – and this constant state change is one-upping the competition for candidates vying for top spots in an organisation. As this race to grab lucrative leadership positions intensifies, it has become crucial for both individuals and teams to continuously upgrade their skills to stay in the game.

BMU offers a range of People Development Programmes or PDPs that cover the entire chain of command from top management to the grassroots level. Offered on-premise and as open programs that any individual or organisation can join, these programs will benefit local, regional, national, and international employees.

BMU’s Open Programme Calendar helps participating organisations provide their inputs on the course contents so that the programme benefits the participants and suits their organisational needs to the T. Additionally, BMU will also offer regular Round Table discussions to make Managers appreciate recent trends in their functional areas.

All PDPs at BMU are designed with our highly-reputed partner institutions worldwide. These institutions of repute will also help to design and deliver these PDPs. Additionally, all PDPs have guest sessions from industry experts who will impart their real-world experiences and inputs to make these PDPs highly relevant and effective.

Discussions are underway with major indian organisations for on-premise PDPs. These PDPs are highly customised for the organisation according to internally identified needs and assessments through extensive organisational analysis, preparation of teaching material and well-designed use cases, helping to deliver highly effective and relevant programmes. The duration of these PDPs can range from 2 days to 4 weeks, as per need.

As the world becomes a more connected place, continuous changes in the technology space have made it critical for organisations to provide a global experience to their employees. BMUs Global Learning Modules help organisations provide international exposure to their employees through BMUs international alliances in the USA, UK, Europe, and the ASEAN regions.
